Ricochet is a small project. We collect as little as possible.
What we collect
- Waitlist: your email address, the role you pick (buyer, seller or maker) and the page you signed up from, stored in our database.
- Sale submissions: the model, price, condition, date, optional evidence link, optional notes and optional email. Submissions are held for moderation.
- Technical data: standard server logs (IP address, user agent) kept briefly for security and abuse prevention. We do not use advertising trackers.
How we use it
Waitlist emails are used to tell you when marketplace access opens. Sale submissions are used to improve price data; email addresses on submissions are used only to verify a sale. We do not sell your data.
Age
Ricochet is for people aged 18 and over.
Your choices
To have your data deleted, email us from the address you used and we will remove it. Replace this contact with the production address before launch.
