Shun Cutlery
Shun is the premium kitchen line of Kai Corporation, whose group traces to 1908 in Seki, Japan. Kai introduced the Shun brand to Western markets in 2002, and the knives are made in Seki. Most lines use VG-MAX cores with Damascus cladding.
