Masamoto Sohonten is a Tokyo knife house that dates its start to 1866, when founder Minosuke Matsuzawa began making kitchen knives. It supplies professional chefs with carbon-steel KS and stainless VG lines and is a separate company from Tsukiji Masamoto.
